Curriculum Innovation and Practical Exploration of Preschool Education from the Perspective of Educator Spirit

Abstract

 In the context of the new era, the realization of education modernization is inseparable from the construction of high-quality teachers. As an important driving force for the reform and development of the teacher education system in the new era, the spirit of educators has endowed the people's teachers with a lofty mission and new responsibilities. Guided by the spirit of educators, this paper takes the course of "preschool education" as an example, analyzes the problems existing in the current course, and discusses how to carry out teaching reform from four aspects: teaching objectives, content, implementation and evaluation, so as to improve the quality of "educator spirit" of future kindergarten teachers.
